Let’s talk about some similar things that we hate or dislike. One of the most popular thing is the first day of workweek. Almost every second person all over the world hates this day. Monday is called like a bad hair day or day when all things are against the current, you can’t concentrate on something, as thought you are in a fight of battlefield. Today, we are going to discuss some main reasons why it happens and what promotes it.
According to the main reasons of our “love” to this day, foremost is the first day of workweek. Still yesterday, you enjoyed a hot mulled wine, chocolate pancakes with your friend, sitting in one of the most glorious place ever. And now, you should sit at the table and work hard during all day with a little bit of breaks. It’s really hard to brace up and nerve yourself after so marvelous and wonderful weekends.
The next one is that you still think about the next weekends. That’s funny. We live from one weekends to another and that’s problem. You should have more rest at home, sitting in chair, watching some good movies or reading your favorite book. You should not wait for the weekends and try to find additional time for a while. If you are working during all week without any rest, you will be so tired at weekends. Of course, than you will be nervous and angry at work.
The third one is that you should to get up so early after two days of weekends. All of us need some sleep and rest of course. If you have more time to sleep, your organism is used to it and than it’s so hard to wake up early in the morning.
Moreover, Monday is considered the most busiest day of workweek. After weekends, you have a lot of new work, you should make yourself to work and fight with sleep. Honestly speaking, some people work at weekends and workdays. So, they don’t have this glorious time to have a rest with friends at weekends. They should get up early in the morning at weekends and black-letter days.
So, why do we hate only Mondays? There is no reason for it. Every workday is like other days. Everything is in your head. You put yourself in a melancholy frame of mind instead of think about something pleasant. The question is why do you work? Is it for waiting weekends and meting with your friends or for yourself? If it’s the second variant, you shouldn’t cry and be sad. Don’t give up on work and continue to work. Only in that way you will be satisfied with yourself and have your own time-rest.
