1. The geographical center of Europe is located in Ukraine, in the town of Rakhiv. It is a small town in western Ukraine.

You can find the symbolic centre of Europe not only in Ukraine, but also in many different states, including the town of Suchowola in Poland,the village of Kremnicke Bane in the Slovak Republic, the village of Bernotai in Lithuania and a few other points. 2. The Ukrainian language is considered to be second most melodious in the world.
The sounds of Ukrainian speech are poetical, soothing and musical. A linguistic contest considering a beauty of world languages took place in Paris in 1934. The Ukrainian language was recognized third after French and Persian languages upon such branches of linguistics as phonetics, phraseology, vocabulary and sentence structure. The Ukrainian language came also to be recognized as the second most melodious after the Italian one.
3. The longest trolley route is located in Ukraine.
The length of the longest trolleybus line in the world is 86 kilometers (about 53 miles). It passes between Yalta and Simferopol, two Crimean cities. A large portion of the route is through the mountains. It takes you across the Angarskyi Pass (the highest point of the road; it reaches 752 meters – 2,500 ft). The breathtaking sea and mountain views are worth seeing and wasting a little longer time than travelling by taxi. The route is extremely popular also because of its low cost. You pay nearly 1 € for a trip to travel 53 miles. Isn’t it monstrously cheap, is it?
