How to make iced coffee perfectly

Have you already got used to a hot cup of coffee? But what should we do with it when it is extremely hot outside? The decision is iced coffee. And it is not an ordinary cup of coffee filled with ice. If we do that the flavor becomes diluted and the coffee won’t be so cold as it has to be. We will now see how to make iced coffee perfectly! But you have to be patient, it is not as fast as usual coffee 😉

Combine 1 part coffee to 4.5 parts room-temperature, filtered water in a large container (for 8 cups of coffee you will need 1.5 cups of grounds). Stir it all.

Remove the grounds with the help of French press, coffee filter or cheesecloth. You will receive your iced coffee concentrate.

Don’t forget to dilute this concentrate when having cup of coffee, because it will be too concentrated. You should mix 1 part of this concentrate with 3 parts of water, than it will be really delicious.

It is iced coffee, right? So now it is time to make your own iced cubes! You will have to pour the leftover coffee into a ice cube tray and put it into a freezer.

You may use cinnamon, vanilla or almond extract in spite of sugar to add some special flavor to your iced coffee.
