Get Rid Of “Unhappy Habits” and Be Happy!

Do you know what is happiness? Some people are sure happiness is only a great practice that consists of many little habits. But the other people, seems, do everything to be unhappy. For example, they have some similar habits that will never give them feeling of real, boundless happiness. And what about you? Do you want to be happy? Try to get rid of such habits of your nature!

1. To be a perfectionist. You will NEVER gain happiness if you want everything to be perfect. It will never be! And even if you did something perfect, you feel happiness only till someone else do it better. You can’t do EVERYTHING perfect, can you? So try not to worry about some imperfection, it makes your life easier!

2. To compare your life and achievements with other ones. Other people always look better. Someone has better car or more caring and loving family, someone made better career. But all these people weren’t in the same conditions as you were. You had another starting conditions and, naturally, your way differs. Try to compare yourself today only with yourself yesterday. If today you became better – you’re on the right way.

3. To focus on negative things. Yes, our life is difficult and sometimes unfair. But if you think only about negative things, you will definitely feel miserable soon. Moreover, you’ll unlearn to think other way. So what to do? Notice more good things around, chat with our cheerful Ukrainian ladies, look for positive more often – and your days will be nice.

4. To analyze your failures constantly. Every time you recall it, you feel all your negative emotions again and this feeling moves your self-concept down. Don’t concentrate on your mistakes and failures. Just analyze them once, learn from your mistakes and stop to reproach yourself. Try to abstract yourself from it, talk about something pleasant with one of our ladies, boost your mood and forget about your failures!

5. To make your life more hard. Sometimes we don’t take our life as it is and try to create new problems to ourselves. The more problems you solve, the more tired you are, the more arduous is every action of your life. Forget about artificial troubles! Let it be!

So if you don’t know where to start to make your life happy – try to get rid of these “unhappy habits” and you’ll get more joy and happiness in your life!
