The first impression is the most powerful impression and can predetermine one’s attitude. It mostly depends on person’s appearance and pattern of conduct. Everyone is given an unique physical bearing from the birth, however there is a set of secrets that will help you to be great looking.

Take the time to dress well. Take the time to pick out clothes that are comfortable and that make you happy to look at in the mirror. Remember that being comfortable doesn’t mean dressing like you just rolled out of bed. At the same time, remember that being chic doesn’t mean chasing every trend: never wear something that doesn’t suit your body just because it’s in style.

Spend some time to pick out your clothes. It can be free time when brushing your teeth, making the toasts or jogging.

  • Do not rush into extremes: you both should not look like as you have weaken up a minute ago and do not follow the crowd.
  • Remember, you need to learn your body and its needs at first. Then you should find your personal style which will fit you the best.

  • Sleep at least 7-8 hours a day in a cool aired room when the lights off and all the sounds too.
  • Drink at least 1.5 liters of water every day.
  • Eat healthy food and do not overeat.
  • Keep yourself fit

Taking care of your body by making exercises is essential for good look. Find your own way to stay fit. Do some exercises in the morning or jog before breakfast, make some Yoga during lunchtime or cycle after the work. It doesn’t matter. Be happy so you will look great!
