Eating can also affect the quality of sleep. Everyone knows that late supper may lead to heaviness in the stomach, and this may cause insomnia or bad dreams which result into bad sleeping. On the other hand, hunger can also bother you all night long not letting sleep well. So, the idea is in taking meals in good time and not to eat anything for at least 2 hours before going to bed.
Short napping may spoil your wish to go asleep. Of course, it will give you some powers, but your schedule will be ruined and when the time for night sleep comes, you will not manage to do this, as your body is still charged. At the same time, when you finally fall asleep, it can be so late that next day you will suffer from sleepiness.
