International Day without the Internet is on the 26th of January. 2. Another effective way is to make the hard daily routine and follow it, writing down the implementation of the goals. If you really do it carefully, you will not have any time for mindless Internet surfing.

3. Do not start and finish your day sitting at a computer. You should better devote at least an hour after waking up and another before going to bed to yourself or homework. The habit of seeing always-on computer creates a trap for attention. You subconsciously want to listen to music, look at photos, update programs. In general, you will do everything but not really necessary and important businesses.

4. Try to make a list of the changes to which you will be able to come, if you reduce the time at the computer. You can study languages, travel, visit galleries and theaters, spend time with friends and beloved ones.

5. If you give too much time to social networks, you need to think about deleting some of your profiles there. Just try to think what the word “net” means. This is a network for your time, attention and money. You’d be surprised to know productively you can spend the day without looking constantly in the news. Don’t check your email box too often. For better results, inform your friends and colleagues about your occupation, they will understand you.

6. Even sitting at a computer, you can give yourself a little activity. Every 15 minutes is recommended to arrange some physical exercises for the eyes. Every 45 minutes you should move the whole body, paying special attention to your back.

7. If you still spend a lot of time on the Internet, you can make it more effective for earnings. There are lots of ways for doing it. For example? It can be creating an online store and services that you can make remotely.

8. Use your networks to start real relations. If you like someone on a dating site, online game, social network, just get acquainted with him or her. It is much more interesting to be around with a live person, rather than with a luminous screen, right?

9. Remember about your hobbies. Probably the Internet takes a lot of time and now you don’t have time for it. Live real life, because we have only one life and every moment is so special. Don’t waste your time for nothing, otherwise you will be alone in reality.
