Break up can happen with each of us. No matter how great your relations are, one day they can come to an end or you may decide that they are over. For example, you had a big quarrel, or you came to the conclusion that you don’t fit each other or that your feelings which you had before has vanished. People survive break ups in many different ways.
First of all, it is better to think twice if you really need this. Maybe you are under emotions right now, and you need to calm down before doing such serious step. Try to remember everything good that you had together. Maybe there is something that you don’t want to lose.
If your break actually happened, you first of all need to get used to the idea that for some time you will be alone, without this person by your side. And thus you will have really lots of free time. This very time usually makes people feel bad. They feel themselves alone. This is the biggest mistake.
If you feel that you have too much free time, use it with profit! Do you have some hobby which requires much time? Or maybe you wanted to visit some place? And you surely have friends whom you would love to see. They will help you to clean your head and feel that you are not alone in this world.
When you are staying at you home, try to turn on your favorite music. You may even sing with it. No one will hear you, but this is a wonderful therapy. Shout as loud as you want and reveal all negative emotions that have gathered in your soul.
Try to go out for a walk. There is no need to sit at home if all your friends are currently busy. Attend some exhibition, go out to nature. Enjoy your time. Let you head become empty and have a rest. You can also head to some travel and leave the city at all. Positive emotions and new impressions will help you to cope with break up.
Finally, watch some movie. You surely have some which you always wanted to see but didn’t have possibility. For example, you can even spend some time watching series too. There are lots of them which are popular nowadays, and their thrilling plot will keep your head away from thoughts of your break up. The same thing will do this some exciting book.
There are many ways of being happy. Maybe your relations can even be fixed, and you just need to spend a few days apart from each other and then your relations will get a new start. You can always try to meet once more and discuss everything that bothers you. What if there is still some chance chance for you?
