This rite symbolically transfers a girl into the status of a married woman. The participantes are the bride, the groom, the mother-in-law and unmarried girls. The mother-in-law takes off the veil from the bride and puts on a kerchief. Transfer of family fire

The second day of the wedding
It turns out that in Ukraine there is a whole mass of customs associated with the second day of the wedding, and they are very different on the territorial basis.
